REFUND POLICY

  •  Thanks for purchasing our products at Hyperrider.in
  • In order to be eligible for a replacement, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
  • In case of any cancellation by the customer he/she shall cancellation chargers of 2% or 200/- if 2% of the total is less than 200/-.  If the cancellation is because of  product not being available post order the customer will not be charged.  

  • After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your replacement.

  • Replacement/Repair in case of manufacturing defects in workmanship or material quality.

  • Replacement/Repair will be done only after the product is shipped back to us. We will assess the defective then send

  • Replacement/Repaired product back.

  • No warranty will be provided in case of any damage/accident or crash. 

  • We will refund the shipping cost of the defective product which you send back through India Post as Regular Registered Post and only if you provide the BILL or Slip of tracking in the name of SKYLER AUTOMOTIVE LLP.

  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a replacement.

  • No warranty/replacement will be provided if any modifications are done on our product.
